When you send an enquiry or order request, we use the details you provide to respond, confirm availability, and arrange your request. The website does not use those details for advertising or analytics.

What the forms collect

Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, meal choices, event details, and notes you choose to share. Please do not send payment information through a form.

Delivery availability checks

For meal orders, the delivery address is sent securely to Geoapify to check delivery availability. No map or address search is displayed on this site. Geoapify’s result is used only to help Audrey review the request.

How it is used

Form details are sent by email to Chef Audrey’s team. To help prevent a request being lost if email delivery has a problem, the website also keeps a private recovery record on its server for up to 30 days, then deletes it automatically. These details are not used for advertising or analytics.

Anonymous website measurement

On the public site, we use Plausible Analytics to understand overall traffic and which pages or actions are useful. It does not receive form details, use cookies, or follow visitors across websites. You can read Plausible’s data policy.
